This service is provided for international students who are under 18 years of age and wish to attend educational facilities. We strive to provide quality guardianship service to students, parents and education providers in a timely professional fashion.
Guardian, also known as care-giver, is an independent person providing guidance, advice and support to international students under 18 years of age as required by government. It is essential that the guardian is totally independent from the education provider and accommodation provider. The role of guardian is vital in minor students' education and living.

Back Our guardians are professionally trained in duties of student care and communication. They are all well-prepared to handle personal problems and challenging situations. Each student will receive a warm welcome and ongoing personal support. is maintained and an immediate response is offered to any crisis or emergency. Our services include: - provide professional advice on guardianship issues
- appoint guardians for students
- hold warm welcome party
- offer orientation program providing information of security, safety, emergency (e.g. police, ambulance, and medical emergencies), etc.
- offer students a safe and happy home environment
- contact student regularly
- visit and independently inspect the student's accommodation
- mediate disputes between students and the other parties involveds
- regularly communicate with all parties involved in a students' welfare
- regularly contact parents and inform the parents promptly in the event of any problems
- maintain regular liaison with school concerning behavior, conduct or any issues that may affect the student's progress
- attend school meetings, such as parent/teacher interviews and subject selection meetings, on behalf of the parents
- provide personal support, guidance and counseling
- assist the student to understand school and visa requirements and abide by them
- assist in personal finance management such as opening bank accounts and organizing finances
- assist in getting medical services such as making an appointment and seeking necessary medical attention
- provide travel arrangements, such as plane ticket booking
- provide emergency 24 hour. 7 days call-out service
- assist with practical arrangements, such as travel, outings, airport pickup, etc.
